Biopic

JoAnne McElroy-Hall began her real estate career in 1985 after ten years in the advertising business. This college graduate went directly into sales and from early on she achieved high levels of success in her sales position.

JoAnnne's media sales background was an excellent spring board for her Real Estate career. Understanding that it was not unusual for agents to be in the business for two or three years before accomplishing the status of Circle of Excellence, JoAnne reached this goal her fourth month in business. She finished her first year in the real estate business as the 4th Ranking agent in a company of 600 agents.

JoAnne's sales and sales management career covers all aspects of Real Estate. She has extensive experience in new construction as well as the traditional Real Estate market. Ms. McElroy-Hall has been called on by many large companies to help train their sales staff. Closest to the Real Estate industry was being an instructor for the Virginia Graduate Realtors Institute.

JoAnne believes you have to give back to your community. She has served as a Director on these boards: The United Way, The Response-Rape Crisis Center, and the John B. Dey Parents Advisory Board for Virginia Beach Schools.

JoAnne McElroy-Hall has high energy, a positive attitude and a practical approach to the business of Real Estate. This combination puts this success driven person at the top of her chosen profession. On more than one occasion, she has stated that her Real Estate expertise is secondary to her knowledge as a resident of the area and as a concerned parent.
